Being a Municipal Company, Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Sp. z o.o. implemented in 2004 the Integrated Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The quality management system (ISO 9001) raises the standards of services and activities carried out by the company, while the environmental management system (ISO 14001) sets the directions of activities in order to reduce the negative environmental impact of waste generated in the city of Poznań.
